The Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, has congratulated Adekunle Yusuf, a proud native of Lalupon in the council area, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Ilorin.
