Hon. Abiodun Adekunle Isola Baruwa, the Executive Adviser to Governor Makinde on Intraparty Affairs, has expressed deep appreciation to APM political leaders, party stalwarts, club members, community members and well wishers for their support during the burial of his mother.
In a statement on Thursday, Hon. Baruwa said the overwhelming prayers, financial and physical support shown by leaders of the Allied Peoples Movement, APM, and members of the public made the burial rites successful and memorable.
He noted that the presence of political leaders, party stalwarts, friends, associates, club members and community residents demonstrated the strong bond and love that exists within the APM family and the larger community.
“I am profoundly grateful to our APM leaders, party stalwarts, club members, community members, and all well-wishers who stood by me and my family during this difficult period. Your prayers, financial support, and physical presence gave us strength and comfort,” Hon. Baruwa said.

He specifically acknowledged the leadership of APM in Oyo State for their solidarity, as well as traditional rulers, religious leaders, and market leaders who sent delegations and offered condolences.
Hon. Baruwa prayed that God in His infinite mercy will reward everyone abundantly and continue to keep the APM family united in peace and progress.
He added that the love and support received has further strengthened his commitment to continue serving the people and upholding the values of the party.
The burial ceremony attracted dignitaries from across political, traditional and religious circles who came to pay their last respects.
