The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Ibrahim Akintayo, has rehabilitated the Agodi Muslim Prayer Ground in preparation for the forthcoming Eid-el-Adha celebration.

Hon. Akintayo, popularly known as “O Mu Yes” and also the Aare Akeweje Musulumi of Oyo State, said the initiative was part of his continuous commitment towards promoting religious harmony and providing a conducive environment for Muslim faithful during worship.
The rehabilitation project, according to reports, was carried out to accommodate more worshippers expected to attend the Eid-el-Adha prayers, while also ensuring a serene and comfortable atmosphere for the celebration.

Residents and Muslim faithful in the area commended the council chairman for what they described as a timely and thoughtful intervention, noting that the upgraded prayer ground would improve convenience and orderliness during the festive prayers.



The development further reflects Hon. Akintayo’s dedication to community development and support for religious activities across Ibadan North East Local Government.
