*Digitization of Land Records*: The state has digitized land records and title searches, making it easier for citizens to access information and reducing the risk of land disputes and grabbing.
*Introduction of Online Platforms*: The state has introduced online platforms for property registration, search and payment, making it easier for citizens to conduct transactions and reducing the risk of corruption and fraud.
Having said that, Governor Makinde’s leadership has been instrumental in transforming Oyo State into a hub for investment and development.
