‘Your Leadership Continues to Be a Win for Women, Children and Families’ – Lagelu LG Pays Tribute to Chairperson Mudashiru on Birthday

The Lagelu Local Government Central Administration at Iyana-Offa, Oyo State has paid glowing tribute to its Chairperson, Mrs. Taiwo Abibat Mudashiru, on the occasion of her birthday.

In a statement released by the media unit of the council, the administration described Mrs. Mudashiru as a dedicated public servant whose leadership continues to impact women, children and families across the local government area.

Mrs. Mudashiru, wife of the Executive Chairman, Alh. Kamorudeen, currently serves as Chairperson of Lagelu Local Government. In this capacity, she has focused on programmes and initiatives targeted at women development, maternal healthcare, child development and the economic empowerment of women.

Mrs. Mudashiru has been credited with making significant contributions to the progress of the local government through her various interventions and support for women and children.

The Central Administration noted that her commitment to service and her consistent efforts toward improving the welfare of residents, particularly women and children, have been invaluable to the administration’s development agenda.

The tribute forms part of the council’s official recognition of the Chairperson’s ongoing role in advancing women-and-child-centred programmes in Lagelu Local Government Area.
