The lawmaker representing Saki-East/Atisbo Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Saminu Riliwan Gbadamosi JP, popularly known as Wale Canada, has welcomed pupils, students, teachers and school administrators across the constituency back to school as academic activities resume for the new term.
In a goodwill message to his constituents, Wale Canada described education as a critical foundation for community development, youth empowerment and sustainable societal progress.
He stressed that the future of Saki-East/Atisbo and Oke-Ogun at large depends significantly on the quality of opportunities made available to the younger generation, noting that investment in education remains one of the most effective ways of building a stronger, more prosperous and productive society.
The lawmaker congratulated pupils and students on the commencement of another academic term and encouraged them to remain focused, disciplined and committed to their studies.


He urged them to make proper use of the opportunities provided by their parents, guardians and teachers, while reminding them that education remains a powerful tool for personal development and a pathway to achieving their aspirations.
Wale Canada also acknowledged the sacrifices and responsibilities of parents and guardians in providing education and proper upbringing for their children.
He prayed for Almighty God to continue to strengthen parents, provide for their needs and grant them the wisdom, patience and resources required to support their children’s education and future.
The lawmaker equally commended teachers and school administrators across the constituency for their dedication, patience and commitment to nurturing the younger generation.
He recognised the important role educators play in shaping the future of society and prayed for them to be continually blessed with wisdom, knowledge and understanding as they discharge their responsibilities.
“Education is one of the greatest investments we can make in the future of our people. I wish all our pupils, students, teachers and school administrators a successful, productive and inspiring academic term. May this new term bring greater knowledge, growth and achievement to our children.”
Wale Canada called on parents, teachers, traditional and community leaders, relevant stakeholders and government to continue working together to create a safe and conducive learning environment where children and young people can acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfil their potential.
He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that promote quality education, youth development and human capital development across Saki-East/Atisbo Constituency.
The lawmaker wished all pupils and students a fruitful academic session, assuring them that their education and future remain important priorities in his representation.
