Traditional Baales of Ibadanland Visit Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, Declare Unanimous Support for His 2027 Gubernatorial Ambition*

All the Traditional rulers , known as Baales, holding custody of villages ,and administering different parts of the ancient city of Ibadanland gathered today at Ilaji Hotels and Resorts to declare their total support for the governorship invitation being sent to Chief Dotun sanusi from various quarters.

In their large numbers , from all the villages , which constitute the biggest city in the sub sahara West Africa , Ibadan , the various local Heads, who have their subjects, united in their decision to support Chief Dotun Sanusi as the next governor of Oyo State .

The Head of all the Baales , who addressed the gathering with Chief Dotun Sanusi as the host in attendance , stated that Engineer Dotun Sanusi should heed the various calls of the people , who have inundated the atmosphere with the invitation ,that he should be ready to serve the state .

While speaking , he stated that the calls came , as a result of attested capability and capacity of Dotun Sanusi to deliver quality governance to his people.

As a private man , if he could make such enormous impacts in the lives and situation of the state , then , Chief Dotun Sanusi has the justification to be bequeathed, the trust of public office , and that is why they have met variously and decided unanimously ,to lend their voice to this call of reason, unto Chief Dotun sanusi to serve us as the governor in Oyo state.

He asserted that “We trust God ,D’OTUN will deliver governance like never in the annals of Oyo State history.

Various baales in attendance took turn to shower torrents of prayers for the JDS project, which has continued to dominate the political atmosphere of the state , and assured him of their unflinching support , irrespective of the dimension the politicking points.

Lending credence to their sincerity of purpose and decision, the Baales in an unprecedented style demonstrated that uncommon commitment, as they openly contributed money as that insignia of trust to support the governorship proclamation .

The money was to serve as their back up claims for Enginineer Dotun Sanusi , who they regard as being sent on an errand by the Baales, to hold forth the trust of state obligation as the governor .

The money contributed was later handed over to Chief Dotun Sanusi , which was passed unto a Chieftain of the peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in attendance , Chief Waheed Adurodekun , who has consistently remained one of the strongest proponents of JDS Oyo state 2027 governorship

While speaking , a former immediate past Local Government Chairman of Lagelu Local Government Area, Hon Gbadamosi Kazeem , who was also in attendance, lauded the spirited demonstration of the Baales , and assured them that, the political class in Oyo State have agreed to follow Chief Dotun Sanusi to any political platform , the governorship ticket will be given ,to realize the vision .

He prayed his party , the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will take the advantage of letting Chief Dotun Sanusi be the standard bearer of the party and have many gains , otherwise , the resolve of the overwhelming majority to follow JDS to any party , that is ready to offer the governorship ticket . He stated clearly that Chief Dotun sanusi will assuredly win the election as he is the popular choice of the people .

The Baales also extended further, their uncommon commitment as they refused to be entertained by their host, Chief Dotun Sanusi , a further demonstration of their seriousness and denial of whatever the cost ,to ensure Chief Dotun Sanusi wins the governorship ultimately .

The Baales received copies of Registration Booklets designed to have supporters of Chief Dotun Sanusi registered appropriately at their various polling units ahead of unity of all support groups , a strong indication of real political structure to fly the governorship, irrespective of platforms and great advantage for victory in the face of unimaginable challenges .
