The candidate of the Allied People’s Movement (APM) for the Ibadan South West/Ibadan North West Federal Constituency, Dr. Akin Fagbemi, has assured the people of the constituency that they should expect greater dividends of quality representation if elected into office.
Dr. Fagbemi gave the assurance while expressing his heartfelt appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde, political stakeholders, party loyalists, supporters, and residents of the constituency for the warm reception and encouragement extended to him.
He thanked everyone who came out to welcome and identify with his aspiration, describing the overwhelming support as a clear demonstration of the people’s desire for purposeful and people-oriented leadership.
According to him, the confidence reposed in him will serve as motivation to work tirelessly for the development of the constituency through effective representation, improved infrastructure, youth and women empowerment, quality education, and better welfare for all.
Dr. Fagbemi also appreciated Governor Seyi Makinde for his leadership and developmental strides across Oyo State, noting that good governance should always be acknowledged regardless of political affiliation.
He called on party members and the electorate to remain united, peaceful, and committed as the political process continues, assuring them that together they will build a brighter future for the Ibadan South West/Ibadan North West Federal Constituency.
