Thank-You-Tour: LGSPB Boss, Hon. Ige Appreciates Party Leaders, Members for Coming Out Enmass to Welcome APM Gubernatorial Candidate, Adekanmbi

The Chairman of the local government staff pension board, Hon. Asiwaju Akeem Ademola Ige has expressed profound gratitude to all the party leaders, stakeholders and the entire members of the coalition PDP and APM who came out in large numbers to receive the APM Gubernatorial candidate, Hon. Abimbola Adekanmbi and his entourage yesterday.

The governorship candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in Oyo State, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi, alongside his running mate, Engr. Muftau Open Salawu, paid a thank-you visit to the, Ibadan North-East and Ibadan South-East Federal Constituency at Mapo hall, where Adekanmbi urged members to sustain grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 governorship election.

Reacting to the visit, Hon. Akeem Ige stated that he was full of joy at the massive turn out of party members which he described as an indication that Ibadan South East local government is fully prepared to give overwhelming votes to all the APM candidates from top to bottom in the upcoming 2027 general elections.

Ige, a former council chairman and former Minority Leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly specifically appreciated the presence of Prince. Dayo Ogungbenro, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke, Michael Ogunsina, Barr. Muyiwa Makinde, Hon. Sikirullahi Stanley Olajide Odidiomo – APM senatorial candidate for Oyo South, Hon. Abass Adigun Agboworin, Hon. Busari Olayemi, executive chairmen of Lagelu local government, Hon. Mudadhiru Kamorudeen and Ibadan North East local government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo.

Others are Hon. Dare Adeleke, Alhaji Akeem Azeez, Engr. Akinleye, Hon. Gbenga Ayinde Adewusi (Arole), Hon. Abiodun Adedoja Ekolo, Alhaji Akeem Oladeji, Hon. Taiwo Oke, all candidates for the state House of Assembly in Ibadan North East constituency I and II and Ibadan South East constituency I and II, members of the PMS under Alhaji Tomiwa Omolewa and NURTW under Alhaji Sikiru Azeez respectively.

Hon. Akeem Ige commended Governor Seyi Makinde for laying a solid foundation and enduring legacy of governance in Oyo State, that the incoming administration of Hon. Bimbo Adekammbi will build on if elected in 2027 under the Omi tuntun 3.0 administration.

He assured the APM gubernatorial candidate that the party would record overwhelming victory in the 2027 governorship election in Oyo State
