Member representing the good people of Ibadan South East Constituency 2 at the Oyo State House Of Assembly Hon.Olayinka Omikunle has felicitates With all christians on the occasion of 2025 Easter celebration.
Hon.Omikunle who describe the risen of Jesus Christ as hope and assurance of our faith and reasons for today’s celebration, he further emphasize on the death of christ as sacrifices for mankind, while his risen was a mystery and prove of signs and wonders.
The lawmaker charged all the christian faithfuls to continue walking in accordance to the lessons learnt from christ he also picked his Easter quote from the book of Isiah 53 verse 5 “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed’.
Hon.Olayinka Omikunle therefore called on every christ lovers and followers to emulate Jesus christ for his love for people is uncommon, he charged people to engage in sacrifices for one another, as this is the reasons for death of christ.
The chairman house committee on Public Private Partnership at the Oyo State House of Assembly who also congratulates the executive governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde on this occasion of Easter celebration while he also appreciate the governor for his various lifetime projects and developments brought to the people of Oyo state,he maintained that the state is blessed to have him as our Governor.
He further congratulates all the political leaders and members of his constituency on this year Easter celebration as he pray to Almighty Lord for more wonderful years on earth.
