The Honourable Member representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa Federal Constituency, Hon. Najimdeen Oyeshina Oyedeji, has commenced the new year with the rollout of major constituency projects aimed at improving education, infrastructure, and community development across the constituency.

In Iseyin Local Government Area, Hon. Oyeshina has laid the foundation for the construction of a modern Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Centre at Muslim Secondary School. The facility is designed to enhance digital learning and equip students with essential ICT skills required in today’s knowledge-driven world.
Similarly, construction is currently ongoing on three blocks of classrooms at L.A. Basic School, Iganna; Baptist Primary School, Itasa; iwajowa local government and ADS Basic School, Komu, in Itesiwaju Local Government Area. These projects are expected to significantly improve the learning environment and address classroom shortages in the affected communities.

In further demonstration of his commitment to grassroots development, Hon. Oyeshina has approved the distribution of about 200 poles of solar-powered streetlights across the federal constituency to improve security and enhance night-time economic activities.


Hon. Oyeshina’s commitment to development, particularly in the education sector, has been consistent. He has previously facilitated the construction of classroom blocks and ICT facilities across several communities, including L.A. Basic School, Eyeele, and Migrants Primary School, Igbojaye, among others.
Beyond education, the lawmaker has also implemented various capacity-building programmes, facilitated the construction of healthcare and sanitation facilities, and provided solar-powered borehole systems to improve access to clean water.
As the year unfolds, Hon. Oyeshina Oyedeji has reaffirmed his resolve to continue delivering people-oriented projects and to serve the constituents with diligence, transparency, and dedication.
