The presidential candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Engr. Seyi Makinde, alongside the party’s leadership, has paid a courtesy visit to elder statesman and former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Olu Falae, at his residence in Akure, Ondo State.
Makinde was accompanied by Bauchi State Governor and APM leader, Senator Bala Mohammed, the party’s vice-presidential candidate, Alhaji Lawal Daura, and other top leaders of the party.
The visit followed the party’s South-West Town Hall meeting held in Akure, where leaders and stakeholders of the party gathered to deliberate on the APM’s Reset Nigeria Agenda and its blueprint for national development.
Speaking during the visit, the APM leaders described Chief Falae as a respected statesman whose contributions to Nigeria’s political development and democratic journey remain invaluable. They noted that the visit was to honour him and to seek his wisdom and counsel.

The engagement forms part of the party’s nationwide consultation with elder statesmen and key political stakeholders as it continues to mobilise support for its vision of a more prosperous, inclusive and accountable Nigeria.
