In celebration of Mawlid al-Nabī, the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, has conveyed heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community. Hon. Kamorudeen emphasized the significance of this day, which marks the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, as time for reflection, prayer, and unity among Muslims.

In his statement, Hon. Kamorudeen remarked, “As we celebrate Mawlid al-Nabī, let us remember the exemplary life of the Prophet Muhammad, whose teachings of peace, compassion, and justice continue to guide us. This occasion is a reminder of the values that bind us together as a community and it inspires us to act with kindness and understanding.”

He encouraged all residents to come together in joy and reverence, fostering an environment of solidarity and mutual respect. The Chairman’s message underscores the importance of embracing the spirit of Mawlid al-Nabī to strengthen communal bonds and promote a culture of peace and generosity within the community.
