*IBSWLG 2026: Hon. Tunde Oluyedun Appreciates Leaders, Family and Support Groups for Backing*

Hon. Tunde Oluyedun has expressed heartfelt appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde, political leaders, family members and various support groups for their spiritual, financial and moral support towards his political aspirations.

In a statement issued on Monday, Hon. Oluyedun said the encouragement he has received in recent times has strengthened his resolve to continue serving the people with dedication and integrity.

He particularly acknowledged Governor Seyi Makinde for providing purposeful leadership in Oyo State, and Hon. Abimbola Adekanbi for his fatherly guidance and political mentorship. He also appreciated Professor KK Olosho, Baba Dr; Saka Balogun for their wisdom and counsel, Barrister Ajeniyi Ajewole for his legal guidance and consistent support, and Otunba Biodun Areo for his steadfast encouragement and mobilization efforts.

Hon. Oluyedun further extended his gratitude to his family for their love, prayers and sacrifices, and to all leaders of Ibadan South West Local Government for their unity and commitment to grassroots mobilization.

He also recognized the *ELETU* Committee of Friends for their loyalty and advocacy, the *OLUYEDUNSEYI CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION 2027* for its strategic work ahead of the 2027 elections, and *Basorun Onítàn of Ibadanland,* his supporters and other well-wishers for their royal blessings, solidarity and community backing.

“I sincerely appreciate everyone standing with me spiritually, financially and morally. Your support is the backbone of this movement and it gives me greater strength to serve our people,” Hon. Oluyedun stated.

He called for sustained unity among stakeholders in Ibadan South West, stressing that collective effort is needed to deliver more dividends of democracy to the people.

Members of the *OLUYEDUNSEYI CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION 2027* said they remain committed to aggressive grassroots mobilization across all wards in Ibadan South West ahead of the 2027 general elections.
