As Muslims across the country celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, Ibadan South East Local Government Chairmanship hopeful, Kazeem Adedeji Ojasowo, has urged residents of the local government area to embrace love, unity, and peaceful co-existence.
Hon. Ojasowo made the call in his Eid-el-Kabir message to the people of Ibadan South East, emphasizing the importance of harmony, mutual understanding, and collective progress among residents regardless of religious or political affiliations.
He noted that Eid-el-Kabir symbolizes sacrifice, compassion, and obedience to God, adding that the lessons of the celebration should inspire citizens to promote peace and strengthen communal relationships for the development of the local government area.
The chairmanship hopeful also encouraged residents to continue supporting initiatives that foster unity and socio-economic growth, while praying for sustained peace, prosperity, and progress in Ibadan South East and Oyo State at large.
