The Supervisory Councillor for Mineral Resources in Ido Local Government, Hon. Fapetu Stephen, has donated a solar-powered light system to the Olosun Health Centre as part of his continued efforts to positively impact communities and improve access to essential services.
Speaking during the donation, Hon. Stephen appreciated the leadership of Ido Local Government, led by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, for the administration’s continued attention to healthcare centres across the ten wards of the local government.
He commended the Executive Chairman for prioritising the welfare and development of residents, particularly through sustained attention to primary healthcare facilities at the grassroots.
Hon. Fapetu Stephen also praised community leaders for their continued cooperation, sacrifices and commitment to community service and development, noting that their contributions remain vital to the progress of the various communities.

While appealing for continued unity and support for community development initiatives, Hon. Stephen urged residents of the Promised Land communities, comprising the 16 zones, to support and vote for all candidates of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in the forthcoming state and national elections.
He reiterated his commitment to initiatives that would improve the wellbeing of residents and contribute meaningfully to grassroots development across Ido Local Government.
