Forum of Secretaries to Local Governments Celebrates Governor Makinde on Seventh Anniversary in Office

The 33 Secretaries to the Local Governments in Oyo State have congratulated the Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his seventh anniversary in office.

In a statement issued on Friday, the Coordinator of the Forum, Mrs. Tope Aworele Temitope Alice, described Governor Makinde’s administration as a shining example of purposeful and people-centered governance.

She noted that the governor has continued to justify the confidence reposed in him by the people of Oyo State through the execution of impactful projects and the implementation of policies aimed at improving the welfare of residents across the state.

According to the Forum, the administration’s achievements in infrastructure development, education, healthcare, and local government administration have contributed significantly to the growth and development of the state.

The Forum also commended Governor Makinde for his commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive governance, while wishing him continued success in the service of the people of Oyo State.
