Egbeda LG and Ward Youth Leaders Visit DG Youth Mobilization, Amb. Kazeem Bolarinwa, Declare Support for Adekanmbi and Makinde 2027

Youth leaders from the 11 wards of Egbeda Local Government Area on Thursday paid a solidarity visit to the Director General, Youth Mobilization, Amb. Kazeem Bolarinwa, at his office in Ibadan.

The delegation, led by the Egbeda LG Youth Leader, expressed appreciation for the DG’s commitment to youth inclusion and grassroots mobilization across the state.

During the meeting, the youth leaders unanimously declared their support for the 2027 re-election bid of Governor Seyi Makinde and their endorsement of Hon. Adekanmbi as the preferred candidate for Egbeda/Ona Ara Federal Constituency.

Speaking on behalf of the group, the Egbeda LG Youth Leader noted that the last seven years under Governor Makinde have brought visible development in education, health, infrastructure, and youth empowerment in Oyo State. He added that Hon. Adekanmbi’s track record of community engagement makes him the right choice to represent the people at the federal level.

In his response, Amb. Kazeem Bolarinwa thanked the youth leaders for the visit and for their continued loyalty to the Omituntun agenda. He urged them to remain united, peaceful, and proactive in mobilizing support at the ward level ahead of 2027.

“We appreciate your structure and energy. The government of Engr. Seyi Makinde remains committed to young people, and with leaders like Hon. Adekanmbi, Egbeda and Ona Ara will have strong representation in Abuja,” Bolarinwa said.

The youth leaders pledged to sustain voter education and grassroots campaigns to ensure victory for both Governor Makinde and Hon. Adekanmbi in the 2027 general elections.

The visit ended with prayers for peace, progress, and unity in Egbeda Local Government and Oyo State at large.
