As Christians across the world commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Ibadan North Federal House of representative hopeful, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended heartfelt Easter greetings to the people of Ibadan North, Oyo State, and Nigerians at large.
In a statement made available to the press, the former special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on local government and chieftancy matters described Easter not just as a celebration of resurrection, but a profound reaffirmation of hope and collective renewal.
“Easter is not just a celebration of resurrection; it is a reaffirmation of hope,” Hon. Bibire said.
“As Jesus rose to give us eternal life, let us rise as a nation above our limitations and unite in love, justice, and collective progress.”
He urged citizens to take advantage of the Easter season to reflect on their individual and collective roles in community development and to recommit themselves to values such as humility, kindness, and service to humanity.
“I pray that this Easter ushers in peace to troubled hearts, provision to the needy, and joy to every home across Nigeria,” he stated.
Hon. Bibire concluded his message by wishing every citizen, every ward, and every corner of Ibadan North and Oyo State a joyful and peaceful Easter celebration.
