The Oyo State Director-General, Liaison Office for Abuja and Lagos, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji (OTOPE), has joined other well-wishers to celebrate the birthday of Otunba Segun Ebenezer Ogunwuyi, Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde.
