The Chairman of the Oyo State Community and Social Development Agency (OYCSDA), Hon. Abideen Adeaga, has extended warm and heartfelt birthday greetings to the immediate past Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Gbadamosi Kazeem, on the occasion of his birthday.
