Arewa Community Leader, Alhaji Danladi, Backs Makinde, Adekanmbi, Odidiomo and Other APM Candidates Ahead of 2027

An Arewa Community leader in Ibadan, Alhaji Danladi, has declared his support for Governor Seyi Makinde for President, Hon. Abimbola Adekanmbi and Engr. Muftau Open Salawu for Governor, Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide Odidiomo for Oyo South Senatorial District, Hon. Folajimi Don for the Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Olufunke Comforter and Hon. Babajide Gabriel for the Oyo State House of Assembly ahead of the 2027 elections.

Speaking on behalf of members of the Arewa Community, Alhaji Danladi commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his support and commitment to the welfare of the community.

He particularly appreciated the governor for his intervention concerning the Arewa Community Cemetery, which is affected by the ongoing development of the Circular Road. According to him, the Makinde administration has demonstrated concern for the community by assisting in addressing the cemetery issue and ensuring that the interests of the Arewa people are considered.

Alhaji Danladi also praised Governor Makinde for the provision and installation of a transformer for the Arewa Community, describing the gesture as evidence of the administration’s commitment to improving the living conditions and infrastructure of residents.

He urged members of the Arewa Community and other residents to reciprocate the governor’s support by backing the candidates he described as capable of providing effective representation and continued development.

He said the community would continue to support leaders who demonstrate genuine commitment to the welfare, security and development of the people.

Alhaji Danladi therefore called on the Arewa Community to remain united and support Seyi Makinde for President, Adekanmbi and Open Salawu for Governor, Odidiomo for Oyo South Senator, Folajimi Don for Ibadan North Federal Constituency, as well as Olufunke Comforter and Babajide Gabriel for the State House of Assembly in 2027.
