The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for Akinyele/Lagelu Federal Constituency in the 2027 House of Representatives election, Engr. Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT, has successfully concluded his three-day ward-to-ward tour of Lagelu Local Government Area, with visits to Akobo, Olohunda and Monatan communities on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
The final leg of the tour covered Akobo (Ward 1 – Ajara/Opeodu), Olohunda (Ward 3 – Arulogun Ehin/Kelebe) and Monatan (Ward 5 – Lagelu Market/Kajola/Gbena), completing his grassroots engagements across all 14 wards of the local government.
During the visits, Engr. ADLAT interacted with residents, community leaders, party members and other stakeholders, taking his message directly to the grassroots and providing opportunities for meaningful engagement with people across the communities.
The three-day exercise commenced on Sunday, November 1, and continued on Monday, November 2, before reaching its conclusion on Tuesday, November 3. Throughout the tour, the APM candidate visited different communities, strengthened relationships with party members and stakeholders, and reaffirmed the importance of grassroots participation in the political process.
By successfully reaching all 14 wards, ADLAT has demonstrated his commitment to direct engagement with the electorate and sustained consultations with communities ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The successful completion of the exercise was made possible through the cooperation and support of the party leadership, ward executives, community leaders and other stakeholders.
Engr. Toheeb Adegoke ADLAT expressed his appreciation to the leaders and members of the various wards for their time, hospitality and warm reception throughout the tour. He also acknowledged the contributions of the Lagelu Local Government party leadership, party organs and the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government for their cooperation and support.
The completed Lagelu ward tour forms part of ADLAT’s broader grassroots consultations across Akinyele and Lagelu Federal Constituency as he continues to build relationships with communities and stakeholders ahead of the 2027 House of Representatives election.
With the successful conclusion of the Lagelu tour, the APM candidate remains focused on his ambition to provide quality representation for the people of Akinyele and Lagelu.
