Ahead of the 2027 general elections, a political support group, “Team Ige Again”, led by Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige, has erected major campaign billboards across strategic locations in the Ibadan metropolis to drum up support for the Allied People’s Movement (APM) candidates.
The strategic outdoor campaign features images of the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, who is the APM presidential candidate, alongside his running mate, Alhaji Lawal Musa Daura.
Also prominent on the billboards are the APM governorship candidate in Oyo State, Hon. Abimbola Olalere Adekanmbi, and his running mate, Engr. Open Salawu.
Speaking on the initiative, Hon. Ademola Ige noted that the political movement aims to align the state with Governor Makinde’s “Reset Nigeria Agenda” at the federal level while ensuring the continuity of the Omi Tuntun administration’s governance model in Oyo State through the election of the Bimbo/Open Salawu ticket come 2027.
Team Ige Again, which boasts an extensive network of members across the Oyo South Senatorial District, reaffirmed its commitment to mobilizing grassroot support for the APM candidates.
The group stated that it will leave no stone unturned to secure a resounding victory for all APM candidates in the upcoming general elections.
