Hon. Akintayo Ilumoka, the lawmaker representing Oluyole State Constituency, has resecured the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) consensus ticket to continue as the party’s candidate for the constituency.
His return was confirmed during the party’s consensus arrangement, where stakeholders agreed to retain him as the preferred candidate ahead of the forthcoming elections. Eagles Sight News reports.
Ilumoka, who currently serves as Chairman, House Committee on Media, was reportedly endorsed based on his legislative performance, party loyalty, and representation of the constituency at the State House of Assembly.
Party leaders noted that the consensus decision was aimed at strengthening unity and ensuring continuity in representation for Oluyole State Constituency.
