The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has commended Just Help Africa Foundation, a United States-based non-governmental organization, for its remarkable intervention in education as the foundation commissioned the newly renovated facilities at Community Secondary School, Araromi-Aperin, Ona Ara Local Government.

The project, which transformed a dilapidated and uninhabitable structure into a modern learning environment, included the renovation of classroom blocks, science laboratories, a library, and a multipurpose hall.
The commissioning ceremony attracted eminent personalities, including Bada Olubadan Designate and Asiwaju of Ona Ara, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, who is also the Chairman of Ilaji Hotels and Sports Resort; President of Ona Ara Development Forum and Asiwaju of Araromi-Aperin, Chief Kola Bolomope; royal fathers; community leaders; and other key stakeholders.

In his welcome address, Chief Kola Bolomope expressed profound appreciation to Just Help Africa Foundation, describing the gesture as a beacon of hope for the children of Araromi-Aperin.


Sharing an emotional story, Mrs. O. Oladunjoye, a retired principal who initiated the process, narrated how she resorted to prayers upon seeing the terrible condition of the school, and how divine providence led to the eventual reconstruction by Just Help Africa Foundation.
In his remarks, HRH Oba Mudashiru Obisesan, the Alararomi of Araromi-Aperin, gave thanks to God and appreciated all dignitaries for gracing the occasion. He also joined in presenting an award of appreciation to representatives of Just Help Africa Foundation.
Speaking as Chairman of the occasion, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi applauded the royal fathers and community for their commitment to progress and praised the Alararomi of Araromi-Aperin for his visionary leadership. He also donated ₦500,000 to the retired principal, Mrs. Oladunjoye, for her dedication to improving the school.

In his address, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS noted that Community Secondary School, Araromi-Aperin, was among the 15 schools submitted for state rehabilitation last year but had not been reached before this intervention. He expressed gratitude to Just Help Africa Foundation for their timely support and announced that the local government is complementing the effort by providing a borehole water project, which is already in progress.
Representing the Oyo State Commissioner for Education, an education officer lauded the foundation for its generosity and urged the community to maintain the facilities judiciously.
On behalf of Just Help Africa Foundation, Mr. Tunji dedicated the project to the loving memory of Madam Evanne Makennah Coffman and others, reiterating their mission to create a better future for younger generations.
Other dignitaries present included Hon. Isiaka Arinola (Chief of Staff), Hon. Babatunde Sunmonu (SSG), ACP Coker Shado (Area Commander, Iyaganku), and prominent traditional rulers such as the Oniladuntan of Laduntan, Oba Qamarudeen; Alajia of Ajia; Alakanran of Akanran; Ololosunde of Olosunde, as well as baales, youth leaders, and Ona Ara LG officials led by the HLGA.
