The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, has admonished the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) trainees in the local government to be focused on becoming employers of labor.

While addressing the participants of the training program, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo said they could become an employers of labor if their attention is devoted to the lecture and practical demonstration from the resource persons with self-determination to succeed.

“I want to charge every trainee of this program that you can become employers of labor instead of chasing paid jobs which have expiry dates of 60 years of age or 35 years in service, but with God on your side, this training program can make you a Chief Executive Officers of your own company which is the primary objective of the training.”

The chairman assured the resource persons of the necessary logistic support by the local government and tasked them to devote time to the trainees to achieve the intended result.
