The Boye Nation is set to hold a declaration programme in Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State, as the youth-driven mobilisation for the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) continues to gain momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections. The event, tagged “Young, United & Unstoppable,” is scheduled for Friday, October 16, 2026, at Ido Garage, Ido at 11:00 a.m.
The declaration follows the massive turnout recorded at the Boye Nation of Ajiboye Sangogade and JAF Movement of Otunba Seye Famojuro Concert and Official Declaration into the APM held on September 21, 2026, at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan. The event witnessed the formal alignment of the groups with the APM and their commitment to supporting Governor Seyi Makinde for President, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi for Governor of Oyo State, and other APM candidates in the 2027 elections. The momentum launched Young, United & Unstoppable (YUU).
Speaking on the forthcoming Ido Local Government declaration, the Boye Nation Ido Local Government Coordinator and spokesperson, Prince Ademola Omiyale, said the programme was part of efforts to consolidate the movement at the grassroots and bring more young people into the political process. He described the Ido declaration as another demonstration that the youth movement is becoming increasingly organised, united and determined to play a decisive role in the 2027 elections.
The event is expected to feature musical performances by Alhaji Tri Leather and Opeyemi Federal, alongside speeches and mobilisation activities by leaders and supporters of the movement. The organisers called on youths, community members and supporters of the APM to attend the programme and join what they described as a growing movement committed to the party’s “Nigeria First” agenda.
