You are a Trailblazer”, Akinyele Council Boss, Hon Akinwole Akinleye Celebrates Gov. Seyi Makinde @58*

The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, has joined millions of well-wishers across Oyo State and beyond to celebrate the 58th birthday of his Principal, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, describing him as a trailblazer, a leader per excellence, and a man whose heart genuinely beats for the people.

In a statement made available to the public through his Chief Media Aide, Ogundipe Miracle, Hon Akinwole Akinleye described Engr Seyi Makinde as a man who has the love of the people at heart.

Hon. Akinwole Akinleye noted that Governor Makinde’s leadership journey has been marked by courage, vision, and uncommon commitment to good governance. According to him, the Governor has consistently demonstrated that true leadership is about service, empathy, and the readiness to take bold decisions that positively impact the lives of the people, irrespective of political considerations.
He specially commended the Governor for his tremendous developmental strides in Akinyele Local Government, which have positioned the council as one of the fastest-growing Local Governments in Oyo State. From road infrastructure to improved social amenities and strategic investments that stimulate growth, Hon. Akinleye stated that Governor Makinde’s footprints are clearly visible across Akinyele LG, bringing progress closer to the grassroots.

The Executive Chairman further praised Governor Makinde for creating an enabling environment for Local Governments to function effectively and creatively. He emphasized that the Governor’s respect for local governance has empowered council administrators to initiate people-oriented projects, exhibit innovative ideas, and deliver dividends of democracy directly to their constituents.

Hon. Akinwole Akinleye concluded by offering heartfelt prayers for the celebrant, asking God Almighty to grant Engr. Seyi Makinde long life in good health, wisdom, and happiness. He prayed that the Governor would be blessed with many more years of impactful service to humanity and continued success as he leads Oyo State on the path of sustainable development.
