The Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW), Oyo State Council, under the esteemed leadership of Asoju Odo Rahmon Akintunde Alawode, who also serves as the Chairman of Chairmen, YCYW Nationwide, extends heartfelt congratulations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akeem Owoade Abimbola, on his ascension to the throne of his forefathers as the Alaafin of Oyo.
In a statement signed by the group’s General Secretary, Omoluabi Rahmon Alatise, and made available to newsmen through the Publicity Secretary, Omoluabi Sodiq Eruobodo, the Council described Oba Owoade’s enthronement as a new dawn for the Yoruba people and a testament to the enduring legacy of the Alaafin dynasty.
