As Nigeria joins the rest of the world in commemorating Workers’ Day, the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke has extended heartfelt appreciation to all workers for their invaluable contributions to the development of the local government and the nation at large.

In a statement made available by his personal assistant Azeez Sodiq Adesina , Hon. Adeleke described the workforce as the engine driving local and national transformation. He commended their tenacity, describing them as the pillars of productivity, the minds powering growth and the hearts nurturing collective progress.

He noted that the strides made so far in Ibarapa Central would not have been possible without the dedication and professional efforts of civil servants, artisans, educators, healthcare workers, security agencies and every other category of worker who continues to give their best for the good of society.

The Chairman further reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to creating a conducive working environment and prioritizing workers’ welfare through consistent dialogue, empowerment initiatives and infrastructure that supports efficiency and productivity.

“As we celebrate this year’s Workers’ Day, let us reflect on the values of hard work, dignity and service that unite us,” Hon. Adeleke stated. “We remain focused on policies and programmes that uplift the workforce and by extension, improve the quality of life for all residents of Ibarapa Central.”

He concluded by wishing all workers a peaceful celebration and renewed strength to continue contributing to the progress and unity of the local government and Nigeria as a whole.
