As Christians across the globe commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke has extended heartfelt Easter greetings to the good people of Ibarapa Central, calling for love, unity and renewed hope.

In his message signed and made available by his personal assistant Azeez Sodiq Adesina on Sunday, Hon. Adeleke described Easter as a season of deep spiritual reflection, sacrifice and renewal. He emphasized that the essence of the celebration lies in its message of love triumphing over hate and light prevailing over darkness.
“Easter is more than just a celebration. It is a divine reminder that even after the darkest of nights, the dawn always comes. It teaches us perseverance, compassion and the courage to keep believing in a better tomorrow,” the Chairman stated.

He used the opportunity to urge residents of Ibarapa Central to draw strength from the spirit of Easter, remain united and continue to uphold the values of peace, tolerance and mutual respect.

He noted that the message of Easter deeply resonates with the efforts of his administration restoring hope where there was despair, bringing development to areas long neglected and building bridges of trust between the government and the people. “As we reflect on the resurrection of Christ, let us also celebrate the quiet resurrection happening in our dear communities through quality infrastructure, Health support, every graded road, every empowered youth, every supported farmer and every life touched by purposeful governance,” he stated.

Hon. Adeleke also encouraged citizens to be their brother’s keeper and to show love and support to one another, especially in these challenging times. He reaffirmed his commitment to delivering people-oriented governance that prioritizes the welfare of all residents.
He concluded by wishing the entire Christian community and the people of Ibarapa Central a peaceful, joyful and blessed Easter celebration.
