1) REPRESENTATION
Hon. Babalola is a dynamic and vocal member, frequently rising to speak, challenging motions and engaging in debates with his depth of resources gained from the private sector alloyed with unwavering energy and presence.
Products of his representation are as follows;

i) Facilitated the upgrade of Aremo General Hospital.
People hardly know that Aremo Abiye Maternity is a general hospital until Babalola assume office. Aside from a state-of-the art facelift, you need to go and see the patronage of Aremo general Hospital now with Modern equipment.
ii) Facilitated the Upgrade of all the Primary Health Centres in IBNE Constituency 1 currently with different Model 1,2 PHC .
iii) Facilitated road upgrade from Bus-stop* Ode-Aje* Asunle* Ajegede* Atipe* Alafara* Aremo* Gbelekale* Ile-Aperin* Adekile* Orita-Aperin* Omowumi* Lanase* Ojagbo* Beyerunka* Aderogba* Labiran* Ogboriefon* Oranyan* Ita-Baale etc
iv) Facilitated 6 Students Scholarship to First Technical University, 6 Students Scholarship to School of Nursing.
v) Influence the current development taking place in the Orita Aperin dumpsite. The development of the site was first initiated by Babalola as a Chairman Caretaker Committee of IBELCDA in 2020 and he followed it up with MOTION on the Plenary when he became a parliamentarian.
vi) Facilitated Job opportunities – Over 70 people got state jobs through Babalola in all ministry recruitment ( OYTMA, AMOTEKUN, SUBEB, TESCOM, MINISTRY OF HEALTH, CIVIL SERVICE, etc )exercise in the state.
vii) Facilitated all the nomination of 12 constituents for Nasarawa and Ibadan for Agriculture Training training with equipment and funds.

vii) Motion for recruitment of more Health workers in all Primary Healthcare Centres.
viii) Motion for Government to strengthen the Cervical Cancer screening and awareness in Oyo state.
ix) Motion for the need to stop Estimated electricity Billing in Oyo state and provision of meters by IBEDC.

TRANSPORTATION – House Committee Chairman Achievement.
i) The new face of the Pace setter Transportation has Babalola’s magnificent contributions by working closely with Dr Salami- Dikko.
ii) The new face of Transportation and the road in Oyo state has Babalola’s input by working closely with Prof. Sangodoyin.
iii) Outstanding performance of the OYTMA in Oyo state has Babalola’s input by working closely with Major Adesagba etc
NUTRITION AND FOOD SECURITY – House Committee Chairman Achievement.
i) For the first time in the state Committee of Nutrition – All the heads of line ministries has started presentation of their work plans before implementation for the purpose of tracking and monitoring the funds voted to different line ministry for better performance.
ii) State Committee meeting now meets monthly unlike previous quarterly meetings for the possible cross-fertilisation of ideas that can develop the Committee.
iii) Nutrition Consultants are now engaged to bring private engagement to maximise state resources for better outputs.
Hon. Babalola Abiodun is also the Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Health, Member of Public Account, Environment, Foreign affairs, Education, Transportation and House rule, he has been active and moved many motions towards the progress of all the above committees.
