Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, a Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland, has commended Governor Seyi Makinde, FNSE, for his performance over the past six years, stating that the Oyo State governor stands out when compared to his counterparts across the country.
Oloye Adegoke who also serves as the Chairman of Solutions 93.9 FM highlighted the visible infrastructural transformation taking place across the state under Governor Makinde’s leadership.
“Governor Seyi Makinde is trying his best. Comparatively, if you put all the 36 states in Nigeria together, Oyo will rank very high if not number one.
Infrastructural development is everywhere in Oyo State,” he stated.
He emphasized that while the current administration deserves accolades for its achievements, there is still room for growth and improvement.
“Though there is a need for improvement, I pray for incremental development in Oyo State,” he said.
“This implies that someone who will take Oyo from where it is now to a higher level has to come in.”
Adegoke concluded with prayers for Governor Makinde and the state, expressing hope that Oyo continues on a path of sustainable progress and inclusive development.
