Akande Honours Best Pupil, Community, School, Market, and Staff in Ibadan South West LG

Ibadan South West Local Government Executive Chairman, Hon. Adeyemi Akande, honoured exceptional individuals and institutions within the local government area as part of activities marking his fourth year in office.

Best Pupil Award, the ceremony recognized outstanding academic achievement among primary school students in the local government area, Kehinde Adedeji, Female,

The award encouraged and rewarded excellence in education. Best School Award,St. James’ Basic School, Oke-Ado, the best school in the local government area was recognized for its commitment to providing quality education and fostering a conducive learning environment.

Best Market Award, the ceremony also honoured the best market in the local government area, acknowledging the significant role markets play in the local economy.

Staff Recognition, outstanding staff members within the local government were recognized for their dedication and hard work. Mrs Adeiga Abiodun Venecia received Staff Excellence Award while Lawal Modupe.

In the same event, Oluyole Estate Community was honoured as the Best Community of the year 2025.
