When it comes to effective leadership, one important aspect that cannot be overlooked is the connection with the grassroots.

Olumide Aderinokun, a philanthropist of note and distinguished son of Egbaland has undoubtedly built a strong relationship with his people through his constant engagement with them. So what is the secret behind Aderinokun’s strong connection with the grassroots? The answer is quite simple; it is his unwavering commitment to staying in touch with the people.

Aderinokun understands that a good leader must never disengage from the grassroots and instead, should always be available to listen to their plights, suggestions, and concerns. This has been his approach since the beginning of his political career, and it has undoubtedly endeared him to the people of Ogun Central Senatorial district.

His constant presence at grassroots events, meetings, and gatherings has allowed him to interact with the people on a personal level. He makes it a point to visit various communities within his senatorial district regularly and meet with the locals to understand their needs and concerns. This hands-on approach has helped him to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by his constituents, and he has been able to address them efficiently.
