The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo Abideen widely known as GLORIOUS, has extended his heartfelt felicitations to Muslims across the local government and beyond as they commence the holy month of Ramadan.
In a press statement signed by his media aide, Mr. Rahmon Alawode, Dr. Glorious emphasized the significance of peace, unity, and devotion during this sacred period. He urged the Muslim faithful to seize the opportunity of Ramadan to pray for greater elevation, progress, and divine guidance for the Governor Seyi Makinde-led Oyo State Government and Ona Ara Local Government as a whole.
He further enjoined residents to imbibe the values of self-discipline, compassion, and generosity, which Ramadan represents, while also fostering harmony among all religious and ethnic groups within the community.
Dr. Glorious reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance, development, and the well-being of all residents, calling on the people to uphold love and mutual respect as they observe the fast.
He prayed for Allah’s mercies, blessings, and answered prayers for all Muslims during the holy month.
