The Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, Prince Falana Adebowale Adebayo, has extended warm birthday felicitations to a respected chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan and immediate past Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters to the Governor, Hon. Adeyinka Kazim Bibire.

Prince Falana noted that Bibire’s legacy in grassroots politics, leadership, and governance—particularly during his time as Special Adviser—has left an indelible mark on the political landscape of Oyo State. He lauded Bibire’s consistent role in mentoring emerging political leaders and fostering unity within the party.
