In furtherance of efforts to engage stakeholders for the advancement of Oyo State and Nigeria, the Ipapo-born legal luminary and financial expert, Amofin Beulah Adeoye met with youth stakeholders in the state in a ‘No-Holds-Barred’ gathering in Ibadan

Amofin Beulah Adeoye is the President of the Beulah Adeoye Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) seeking human capital development social security insurance through its various programmes and initiatives to better societies.

While taking the stakeholders present at the interactive session through his rich profile and vast experience in all strata of governance, Amofin Adeoye narrated his humble beginning and inspiring journey. Interacting further and responding to questions from the youth stakeholders, the Financial Advisory Partner at Deloitte & Touche noted that national development is a journey which we must all work together to actualize.

Quoting some of his visionary ideas, Amofin Beulah Adeoye believes Oyo State’s potential and comparative advantages need to be unlocked for the good of the State and the country at large. Oyo state is blessed with vast arable land, ample sunshine, mineral resources, and welcoming and hardworking people. He commended the efforts of the amiable governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde at improving the road networks across all the geopolitical zones of the state, thereby fostering inclusive development.

“As we can see, one of the major problems identified was the poor road networks between villages and cities such as Iseyin in Oke-Ogun, which has been freshly networked to join Ogbomoso and the seamless drive to Ibadan. Iseyin to Oyo, Ido-Eruwa, Iwo Road to Oyo boundary with Osun, Ibadan Circular Road, and a host of others.”
