The spirit of Ramadan was alive and well at the residence of Alhaji Akeem Azeez, Personal Assistant to the Oyo State Governor, as dignitaries, party faithfuls, leaders, and residents gathered to break their fast together.
The guest list was a who’s who of Oyo State’s elite, including Oyo PDP Secretary Alh Wasiu Adeleke, Commissioner for Environment Abdmojeed Mogbonjubola, and Alh Akeem Ojuoti, Alh Abdmojeed Olalekan Salaudeen, Hon Waheed Akintayo, Hon Lekan Abiola, Hon Abiodun Babalola , Hon Rahmon olohunpoto, Alhaji Isiaka Fatokun Isiaka, Hon Rahmon Adepoju, Hon Wasilat Adegoke , Hon Igbalajobi Adekola, Hon Ogunsina Oluwaseun Micheal among others
The event was a testament to the power of community and the importance of coming together during the holy month of Ramadan.
Alhaji Akeem Azeez’s invitation to people across the state to join him for iftar made the evening even more meaningful.
As they broke their fast together, Alhaji Akeem Azeez offered a heartfelt prayer, wishing those present “inner peace, strength, and a heart full of kindness.
” It was a truly special moment, one that embodied the spirit of Ramadan and the values of compassion, empathy, and community that it represents .
