Today, Her Excellency, Engr. Tamunominini Makinde, demonstrated her commitment to supporting senior citizens through the Renewed Hope Initiative Elderly Support Scheme (RHIESS).
The program, held simultaneously across the 36 states of the Federation, celebrated the invaluable contributions of elderly Nigerians.
As part of the initiative, 250 elderly citizens (male and female) received cash gifts of ₦200,000 each.
This gesture reflects Her Excellency’s dedication to ensuring senior citizens receive the care, respect, and support they deserve.
The RHIESS is a testament to Engr. Makinde’s passion for empowering vulnerable populations.
Her efforts align with the values of Senator Oluremi Tinubu, who has consistently advocated for the welfare of senior citizens.
