The Chairman of the Local Government Staff Pension Board, Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige, has commended the lawmaker representing Ibadan North East/Ibadan South East Federal Constituency, Hon. Abass Adigun Agboworin, for his effective representation at the National Assembly.
Hon. Ige gave the commendation while addressing journalists during the distribution of educational materials facilitated by the lawmaker for selected secondary schools across the two local government areas. The event took place at Oju Hospital Academy, Ibadan.
Speaking on the lawmaker’s track record, Hon. Ige emphasized that Hon. Agboworin has performed exceedingly well during his tenure as a two-term member of the House of Representatives, noting that the lawmaker’s stellar performance makes his third-term ambition under the APM platform well-deserved.
He further called on constituents to reciprocate the achievements of the current administration under Governor Seyi Makinde by voting massively for all APM candidates in the upcoming elections.
According to him, supporting candidates including presidential candidate Engr. Seyi Makinde, Hon. Abimbola Adekammbi, Hon. Zhikirullahi Olajide Odidiomo, Hon. Abass Adigun Agboworin, Hon. Yinka Omikunle, and Modiu Opeyemi will ensure the continuation of good governance and grassroots development.
The event was well-attended by political leaders, community stakeholders, and APM chieftains across the federal constituency.
