Mogbonjubola, popularly known as “Jagaban,” made the commendation during the week at the commemorative anniversary event held to celebrate Olatunji’s one year in office.
He expressed amazement at the large turnout and the scale of empowerment packages prepared for distribution at the event.

“As I drove into the council, I was shocked and exclaimed, ‘The whole of Oluyole LG is already converged here’! Well, let’s continue to support our great party because it is the success of our party that has culminated into the success of our LG Chairman,” Mogbonjubola said.

Welcoming new members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who recently defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oluyole, the Commissioner assured them that PDP remains unmatched in Oyo State under the firm leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde.

“Let nobody be deceived by anyone, Oyo State is a PDP state. We may not be the one controlling Abuja, but Oyo State belongs to the PDP under our overall leader, Governor Seyi Makinde,” he stated.
