The Chairman of Local Government Staff Pension Board, Hon. Akeem Ige has joined family, friends, political associates, and well-wishers in celebrating Hon. Alawode Emmanuel Oluwole on the occasion of his birthday.
In a heartfelt message he personally signed and made available to newsmen, Ige described the council Chairman as a refined politician and patriotic Nigerian who has contributed immensely to the grassroot development in the state.
He noted that Alawode’s commitment to effective grassroot and community development set him apart as a role model for younger generations.
Hon. Ige who is a former chairman in the said local government added that Alawode’s humility, brilliance and people-oriented approach to politics have continued to endear him to the masses, stressing that he remained a symbol of leadership founded on integrity and dedication.
He prayed for continued sound health, wisdom and divine protection for the celebrant as he continues to give dividends of democracy to the people under the Omi tuntun government of Engr. Seyi Makinde.
He wishes him many more years of fruitful service to God, humanity and the State.
