Oyo Lawmaker, Comforter Inspects Police Station, Borehole Project, Pledges More Support For Schools and Community.

Yesterday was indeed an eventful memory day as the Honourable representing Ibadan North Constituency 1 in the Oyo State House of Assembly visited an ongoing constituency project; Police station which she believes upon completion will gear up security in the vicinity. Her focus is to encourage State and local policing and allows the constituents to enjoy maximum security.

The project is situated around three different schools and upon realising that the Honourable was around the management team of the two schools led by their principals came to welcome and appreciated the honourable for such a laudable project and prayed that God will keep blessing her.

They were amazed when Hon Comforter Adeniyi-Olajide went further to state that the environment will enjoy good water as she has sunk a borehole which will serve the whole environment. Their joy knew no bounds when the good news was broken.

Just as the need of men is insatiable, the management team of one of the schools; Mount Olivet took the Honourable round the school premises to state their needs and seek for possible assistance. With an immediate response, the water system having issues was looked into immediately by the honourable while the request on the renovation of dilapidated buildings and abandoned classrooms was noted and she promised to take necessary actions.

While moving around the school premises, the Honourable was informed of a friendly football match that the Female team of Mount Olivet Schools and Anglican Grammar School will be playing and being the chairperson on women affairs and a lover of the girl child, she moved straight to the field to encourage and have fun time with the players. She encouraged them to study well and build their talent. Along with top management officials, she took a goal kick and scored also.

Hon Comforter Adeniyi-Olajide gave cash to the management of the two schools; Mount Olivet and a Mission School that came to welcome her and as well as the football teams.

Knowing fully well that a bye election is around the corner, Hon Comforter Adeniyi-Olajide seized the opportunity to appeal to the community members to vote for Hon Fola Oyekunle a.k.a DON and the party PDP.

This was also pushed further as she led her team to relate with some members of the community, had fun with them as they all ate together, promised them more support from the government and encouraged them to vote rightly so as to enjoy continuity of good governance. The members of the community also enjoyed cash gifts.
