Oyo lawmaker Comforter Wrist glowing Tribute to Commemorate the one year Remembrance of Late leader, Engr Ajuwon

The Lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency 1 at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Olufunke Comforter Adeniyi-Olajide has written a heartfelt and glowing tribute to eulogize the one year remembrance of the former National Delegate of the People’s Democratic Party, Engr. Daniel Olutunji AJUWON, who passed on to glory at the early hours of the 6th of November, 2023.

In her remark, Hon. Comforter described the late AJUWON as “Father, Leader and Mentor” laced with his popular catchphrase “AJUWON LODU LODU”.

Her Message read below:

“TRIBUTE TO MY LATE LEADER, ENGR. OLUTUNJI AJUWON ON HIS FIRST REMEMBRANCE!!!

“Where do I want to start from? On the eve of your death last year, We spoke at length as was our custom and we promised to finalize our discussion earlier the following morning. He was so agile and responsive to every topic we touched via the phone conversation and he even prayed for me, referring to me fondly as “OLUFUNKE AJOKE MI”.

“Fast-forward to the next morning, my leader, father and mentor, The AARE-AGBAAKIN of IGBO-ELERIN LAND, foremost PDP Leader and National Delegate, SUP. EVANG. DANIEL OLUTUNJI AJUWON transitioned to glory shortly after holding devotions with his immediate family. He was such at peace. His passing brought Rude shock to me which I could not explain. Here was a father who stood for me and by me (not just me but to everyone who connects with him) through thick and thin, against all odds. Baba was down to earth, was a giver, a lover of children and above all, a lover of God.

“It’s been a year without Engr. Daniel Olutunji AJUWON LODU LODU.

“Right now, all I can do is to pray that the Almighty grant the repose of his soul and that the Good Lord keep being with the good family he left behind and May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace in Jesus Name. Amen.

“Bàbá Mi Dáadáa, I loved you but God loves you more, till we meet to part no more, Sun Re o!!!”, She concluded.

May the gentle soul of Baba Ajuwon continue to Rest in PEACE. Amen
