Bisi Oluranti, member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ogbomoso North Constituency, was yesterday honoured with the Leadership Excellence Award by The Polytechnic, Ibadan, recently renamed Victor Omololu Olunloyo Polytechnic, Ibadan.
