The lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, has extended warm felicitations to his colleague and friend, Hon. Akintayo Waheed Ilumoka, on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
