There was jubilation in Elebu on Sunday as youths from Elebu and its environs declared total support for the candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The declaration came during a courtesy visit led by the Director, Youth Mobilization for Omituntun 3.0 and the Gubernatorial & Presidential Elections 2027, Hon. Kazeem Bolarinwa, to the community.
The engagement, which was held on Sunday, 27th September, 2026 at the Imramat Hotel, Orita-Merin, Elebu, attracted a large turnout of vibrant youths from Elebu and neighbouring communities.
The meeting provided an opportunity for meaningful interaction, open engagement and community dialogue on issues affecting the people of the area.
Addressing the gathering, Hon. Bolarinwa explained the vision of Omituntun 3.0 and the APM’s agenda for youth inclusion, sustainable development and grassroots empowerment. He assured the youths that the APM remains committed to a people-driven government that will prioritize their welfare and future.
In response, the Elebu & Environs Youths, after extensive deliberations, unanimously declared their support for the APM and its candidates for the 2027 elections. They described the APM as a credible alternative capable of delivering good governance and real development.
The youths praised Hon. Bolarinwa for his grassroots approach and his consistent engagement with young people across Oyo State, noting that his leadership has inspired confidence and renewed hope among them.
According to the youth leaders, the decision to pitch their tent with the APM was informed by the party’s clear blueprint for youth development, job creation and community advancement.
The interactive session also afforded the youths the opportunity to raise concerns and make suggestions on how to move Elebu and Oyo State forward.
The visit ended with chants of solidarity and renewed commitment to mobilize massively for the APM in the forthcoming elections.
