Olayinka Sodiq To Resume Office As Lagelu North LCDA Political Head

Following an issued memo from Oyo State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, the Executive Chairman of Lagelu local government, Mr. Mudashiru Kamorudeen has dispatched his vice, Olayinka Sadiq to Lagelu North local council development area.

The dispatching of the council vice chairman was said to be in line with an enabling circular directive by the Oyo Ministry of Local Government Affairs- mandating all council vice chairmen to head local council development areas that were headed by their predecessors in the immediate past administration— as a retention for status quo.

With the official assignment letter issued, the vice chairman of Lagelu local government is to assume office as overseer of Lagelu North local council development area— reports from the chairman’s office said.
